Carlos Saura's last part of his trilogy interpreting famous Spanish works in flamenco, the first two of which were Blood Wedding and Carmen. In El Amor Brujo, Saura was inspired by the work of Manuel de Falla, with Antonio Gades, Cristina Hoyos and Laura del Sol delivering stunning flamenco performances in the story of two ill-fated lovers. Spanish with English subtitles.

One of Carlos Saura's best films; a terrific black comedy starring the great Spanish actor Jose Luis Lopez Vasquez as the son of a rich family who, in a car accident, develops amnesia. The spendthrift, greedy family is only concerned with supporting their freewheeling habits.
